InteGreat EHR's clinical workflow allows for seamless transition between reviewing clinical information, writing a prescription, reviewing images from a radiology system, or documenting a clinical visit electronically. Our visit entry module allows for quick documentation either by dictation, voice recognition, or by the use of templates or forms. Orders for radiologic tests or laboratory studies are electronically sent via our state-of-the-art interfaces to either the radiology system or laboratory systems such as Labcor or Quest Diagnostics. Full prescription histories are available through InteGreat EHR link to RxHub/SureScripts. This allows the practitioner a complete medication list for easy medication reconciliation. In addition, eligibility information for medications is also available and is tailored to the patient's specific insurance plan. A full set of disease management protocols are available and are linked through our health management indicators. These protocols allow for timely alerts based on national practice guidelines. This alerting system is customizable to either the specific patient needs or at the direction of the physician. InteGreat EHR is linked to a fully functional patient portal. This allows direct access by the patient to their specific health information.
